Greetings! Whether you are a web developer or a website owner, there is always the tedious task of keeping up with updates and patches. Widely used open source software such as Joomla, Drupal, Wordpress and many others are frequently updated. Those updates ranges from bug fixes and security into functionality enhancements. Surely those are things that we cannot neglect, however having said that I know many people misses these updates and ended up having their website compromised. One out of date application can cause a lot of headache when things go pear shaped.

Some people like myself subscribes to newsletters and feeds, however they all come from separate sources and chances are that we might miss a few of them. This is why this blog exist, to give out tips and tricks on patches and updates as well as a central providing update information of popular open source web applications.
